I'm so loving Aeropostale's clothing this season! It's so cute, updated, and FAB! They have totally changed a lot of what they have and I'm really liking it! Everyone should go to their early Black Friday Sale 11/22 - 11/24 everything is 50% off!

 I'm obsessing over this high to low tank that flows out. I just love this style of it!

 I guess I'm starting a collection of elephant necklaces cause this is now my second one... But seriously you can't resist they're too cute!

I went a little on the grunge side for this look I would say but I incorporated some brighter colors to make it stand out.

I added the ear cuff to add an edge and the star shaped silver earrings just to make it more fun!

 This isn't all the rings I was wearing but the one on the left is from AEROPOSTALE and the two 

on the right are from Brandy Melville.

Dr. Martens are always perfect for a grunge look!

 For my makeup I used eyeliner all in the inner of my eyes  to give it a dark look and for my eye shadow I used Tease in the Naked 2 pallet.

 I think the "1995" tee fits the look because I feel like grunge thrived in the 90's.

mix of generations

This look for me is a jumble of the 50's, 60's, and 70's with a modern twist. I'll explain farther below my theory.

  The whole dress and especially the tie in the front reminds me of the 70's! I feel like this could be similar to a floral dress you would find in the 70's.

So what adds the 50's feel to me is the baby blue cardigan it features a girly and vintage style.

 The 60's style of this outfit comes from the hair and makeup. Girls would wear their hair short a lot of the time in the 60's so I decided to do an updo to make it look short. Also they liked the look of big eyes so I put on a lot of eye liner and mascara outlining the bottom of my eyes making them appear bigger
(but not on the water line it will make your eyes look smaller). I added a cat eye to the look too. Also some of the colors in the dress reminds me of the 60's vibe.

 I love the patch design and color of these pants! There is also zippers on the sides of them which is always a plus. I rolled them up to capris length because it fit with the look of the sandals and they are a little short on my because I have long legs!
